Orthotists & Prosthetist
Clinical assessment and evaluation for manufacture and fitting of orthoses.
We work on an appointment system but will fit in urgent cases as required.
For custom moulded orthosis, we scan the effected body part into the computer to make a 3D image.
From this we can acurately alter the image to be able to manufacture an orthosis which comfortably supports the body and/or correct the gait/stance/shape of the head.
This finished scan is then carved out of foam and the orthosis is moulded from this shape.
