I'm Frank (he/him), a clinical psychologist. I work with individuals and couples, supporting people with relationship challenges, LGBTQIA+-related concerns, ADHD, and emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD. In individual therapy, I offer Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy, CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and exposure therapy. In couples therapy, I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).
