South Side Diabetes provides Diabetes Education Services to people of all ages with Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes. Services include: diabetes self-management education and support, insulin initiation and stabilisation, medication advice, home blood glucose monitoring instruction, insulin pump initiation and ongoing support, continuous glucose monitoring. Discounts for pensioners. Rebates available through Medicare and some private health funds.
