- We provide outpatient support for people who wish to address their alcohol or other substance use.
- We provide outpatient withdrawal and support to stay off alcohol or other drugs.
We use a range of case management and support, and/or medications, tailored to each client and their treatment goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Over the age of 18
- Residing within the South Eastern Local Health District boundaries
- Have an alcohol or substance use issue
Or
- Concerned about another person's alcoh
- We provide outpatient withdrawal and support to stay off alcohol or other drugs.
We use a range of case management and support, and/or medications, tailored to each client and their treatment goals.
