My therapeutic approach centers on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe change begins with a strong relationship grounded in safety, trust, and empathy. I work with adolescents and adults facing challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, alcohol and or substance use as well as relationship issues, with a special interest in attachment patterns.
