For adult clients with issues including; anxiety (related to health issues, social anxiety, phobias and panic), depression, perfectionism, grief and loss, relationship difficulties or low self-esteem. My particular areas of clinical interest include managing the impact of physical health conditions on mental health and working with clients who are Autistic &/or ADHDers), especially those who are diagnosed/self-diagnosed as adults. No drug & alcohol or WorkCover services provided.
