Life in Colour exists to provide trauma-informed, relational counselling that supports emotional wellbeing for people experiencing anxiety, pain or relationship distress - so they can move beyond survival and live a life full of colour and connection. We create spaces where people can connect with themselves, heal attachment wounds and build emotionally healthy relationships rooted in safety, trust, and connection.
