Valen health is an Exercise Physiologist run gym designed to provide the highest level of support and care in our 450m2 custom built 24/7 gym. We provide care to all clients accepting private, Medicare, DVA, workers comp and motor vehicle, NDIS and more. We provide both one on one sessions and small group exercise classes, gym memberships are also available.
