OsteoStrong provides an integrative appointment-based strength program for individuals, focussing on increasing bone density, improving balance, musculoskeletal strength, pain reduction and falls prevention.
Initial consultation is provided through a wellness assessment and health history, ascertaining suitability for the program. Each program is individualised through a number of screening based assessments aimed to quantify the effects of the individuals progress initially and over time.
