BCH provide education, support, monitoring and referral as appropriate to enable adults living with diabetes or at risk of diabetes to make the lifestyle changes necessary to improve their health.
Group education is available in addition to individual appointments. Groups include Caring for Diabetes; an eight-week program for adults with Type 2 diabetes and DAFNE (Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating) for adults with Type 1 diabetes.
