Seen Psychology provides individual therapy, couples therapy and perinatal mental health support for adults, parents and families. Areas of support include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, stress, burnout and life transitions. A particular interest is perinatal mental health, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma and postnatal adjustment. Appointments are available in person and via telehealth.
