We provide free short-term and medium-term clinical psychology services for people with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and early psychosis. Our group programs include Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for those with recurrent depression and our Dialectic Behavioural Therapy Skills Training Group for those with Borderline Personality Disorder.
