Additional information
Works with young people who have been in care and have had many placement breakdowns. Stabilises young people in supported accommodation, and with mentors, the young person works toward independent living. They learn independent and daily living skills (cooking and cleaning, etc), self care including health, social development, work and study skills, money management, housing, transport and community resources.
