The Robinvale District Health Services offers a range of Ante and Post Natal care programs. Including an antenatal midwife shared care clinic, and an O&G Registrar in attendance every Thursday morning.
Antenatal Classes
Antenatal classes run as a series of 6 classes, covering information on childbirth and parenting, in the Community Health Building 6.30pm - 8.30pm, please book.
Domiciliary Care Service
The Domiciliary Midwife Service provides home visits for all women following discharge from Hospital.
The midwife can help you with:
-- Feeding your baby
-- Parenting information
-- Health promotion and education for both yourself and baby following birth
-- Home safety and accident prevention
-- Any questions you may have
With regular contact to:
Mildura Base Hospital,
Swan Hill District Hospital, and
Maternal and Child Health Nurses.
Area Serviced
All of the 3549 postcode area.
Extending south to the Kooloonong turnoff, taking in Manangatang district to Chinkapook, across to Mittyack, Hattah and just outside Colignan and basically going half way to Mildura and half way to Balranald.
