Telehealth service providing medicated detox and withdrawal management for individuals with alcohol, stimulant or cannabis dependence. Treatment is delivered at home under medical supervision. Services include clinical assessment, medicated detox, 12-month follow-up, breathalyser, vitamins and medication. Available to residents of Western NSW, Western Queensland, Northern Sydney and Central & Eastern Sydney PHNs.
