For UTI treatment service, patients must be:
* female,
* aged between 18 to 65 years (inclusive), and
displaying symptoms such as burning or stinging pain when you urinate, and frequent need to urinate.
For oral contraceptive pill resupply service you must:
* aged between 18 to 35 years (inclusive)
be taking a low-risk oral contraceptive pill for contraception purposes (to prevent unplanned pregnancy)
* have taken the pill continuously for two years
Consultation fee is $24.95
