The Medical Outreach Indigenous Chronic Disease Program (MOICDP) is a specialist program targeting Chronic Disease (cardiology) in the Indigenous population. The Program offers a quarterly clinic staffed by a visiting multi-disciplinary team consisting of a Cardiology Specialist, CNC Cardiology, Echo Technician and supported by a local Aboriginal Health Worker (AHW).
