The POW Community Aboriginal Health Workers give support to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Island people.
Our Aboriginal Health Workers can help you understand ways to manage your health problems. They can organise and take you to your appointments. They can also speak with your doctors and go to appointments with you to offer support. They can provide education and many links to other health services and to other services for your support and wellbeing.
