Well Therapy offers trauma-informed, compassionate mental health care for adults in-person or via Telehealth. Principle Therapist Fiona Boughton provides a holistic, integrative approach drawing on evidence based modalities, including: EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, IPT, IFS, and TIST. Focus areas include trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and grief and loss. Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and private referrals welcome.
