• Respectful client centred counselling tailored to individual needs
• Telephone counselling
• Counselling for people referred by the courts
• Information and referrals
• Education
• After hours appointment available
• Accommodation available for individuals who have completed a program
Target Groups
• People who experience problems associated with their own AOD use
• People having difficulties coping/ maintaining a drug free lifestyle after a period of abstinence
• People exiting a rehab centre and who request on-going support and counselling
• People who wish to cease their own drug use
• People who are mandated to receive counselling for AOD issues
• Family members requiring support, education including partners who have spouses with AOD issues
Entry Requirements
• NRS is not for people under 18 years of age, people who require immediate emergency intervention (suicide/ threatening behaviour), people requiring home visits
