Providing psychological services for adults and adolescents, including therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship difficulties. Evidence-based approaches such as CBT and solution-focused therapy are used. Consultations are available in-person in Parap (Wednesdays and Fridays) and via telehealth (Thursdays). Clients can self-refer or be referred by a GP.
