The Shoalhaven Community Mental Health Towards Zero Suicides Rural Counsellor Service works with people who have either tried to end their lives by suicide or experience thoughts to do so. Referrals are accepted from the Mental Health Line, Suicide Prevention Outreach Team (SPOT), Acute and Community Mental Health teams, following discharge from hospitals, from GP's, from other agencies or self-referral.
