I work with adults who are functioning with everyday tasks however are struggling with mood and/or anxiety disorders often related to complex trauma. I work with CBT and Psychodynamic modalities with interests in anxiety and attachment trauma. I am also trained in EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting and take a holistic approach to therapy.
