Catalyst is a free, 5-week rehabilitation (rehab) day program for anyone over 16 looking for support to stop or take a break from alcohol or other drug use. The program can help you make and maintain changes within a supportive group environment by developing coping skills and the motivation to find a more balanced lifestyle.
