We can provide individual (children, teenagers and adults) counselling. We help alleviate distress, promote self-understanding and develop solutions. The focus is on client empowerment and improving well-being. Some of the areas we provide support in, though not limited to, are depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief and loss, trauma, anger, behavioural issues, pain management, substance addiction and other addictive behaviours, self-esteem, parenting and interpersonal issues.
