* people receiving palliative care and their family members and carers
* people diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and their family members and carers
Also accepts patients with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP. May be eligible for a Medicare rebate for appointments. Bupa, Teachers Health Fund, UniHealth Insurance, and Nurses and Midwives Health may offer rebates for those with Extras cover.
