Story Well Therapy is a person-centred and trauma-informed counselling service for individuals aged 13+. It provides a safe space to explore experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. Using evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, psychoeducation and motivational interviewing, Story Well Therapy supports anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and life stress, with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
