The Medical Outreach Indigenous Chronic Disease Program (MOICDP) is a specialist program targeting Chronic Disease (Diabetes) in the Indigenous population. The Program provides a monthly clinic staffed by Aboriginal Health Worker (AHW), Diabetes Educator, Podiatrist and Dietitian. Bi-monthly the clinic is supported by visiting Sub Specialists. The program also offers a weekly Fitness Program staffed by a Fitness Leader.
