Additional information
Available to those in the community who require an exercise based rehabilitation program for lung and cardiac conditions. Provides education and exercise sessions for patients with pulmonary disease and for patients. All patients access this program will be assessed by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist prior to entry into the group programs.
