Services Provided
• Crisis Accommodation Service - Short term accommodation service for adult males
• Community Support – Independent living program is provided to adult males and females who have a diagnosed severe and persistent mental illness
• Housing Support Street to Home – The service supports people who have a history of rough sleeping towards maintaining accommodation and living independently
• Drug and Alcohol Assertive Outreach Service – In partnership with St Patricks' Community
• Support Services, the service works with street drinkers to improve health outcomes for this group
• Information and referral to appropriate treatment facilities
• Case Management
• Addictions counselling
• Advocacy
• Breakfast
• Laundry facilities
• Access to computers
Target Groups
• Single men and women (excluding Crisis Accommodation Service)
• People 18 years and older who are homeless (without accommodation), or at risk of homelessness
Entry Requirements
If a person has a mental health issue, a referral letter is required from a professional i.e. General Practitioner, Psychiatrist etc., to provide the service with social and psychological history to enable staff to support the person effectively.
