District Nursing provides a quality home nursing service. This includes wound management, medication management, health education and promotion, nursing support and maintenance to clients and carers, assessments and other referral to other services.
The aim of the service is to provide health and independence for all without prejudice or discrimination through provision of quality home nursing care.
