Head Lice Inspections
Examinations for head lice are conducted by Council Health Officers for Central Goldfields Shire's school children, with parent's permission and written consent. Advice and education about head lice prevention and treatment are provided.
Fine-toothed combs and lotion for treatment are available for purchase at the Council Offices. Advice on alternative treatments are available from environmental health team.
