GetPerspective provides trauma-informed psychological counselling delivered by an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Services support adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. Care is evidence-based, collaborative, and tailored to individual needs, with a focus on emotional regulation, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing. Medicare referrals are accepted where appropriate. Qualified EMDR and ACT therapist.
