Community diversion programs is a specialised counselling and therapy team consisting of a collection of programs designed to help people with complex substance use issues which may be influencing negative interactions with the justice system, or just life in general. Referral can only be accepted through Court Link, Queensland Police's Vulnerable Persons Unit, Community Corrections, Murri Court or via Alcohol and Other Drug Service (AODS) central intake team.
