Community Nursing service is provided to help prevent disease, maintain health and treat any existing health problems for Community Nursing patients. This service aims to promote, support and maintain the patients' independence, safety and lifestyle and provide assistance to carers. We provide wound care and assessment, continence care and assessment, palliative care and technical procedures services both in the patient's home and at our clinics.
