This is a 24-hour service. When you arrive at the emergency department you will be seen by the duty nurse and triaged to collect information and assess your illness or injury. Doctors are not always at the hospital but will be called by nursing staff as required.
The on call doctors are private GPs and some doctors require payment of a gap fee. Please bring your Medicare card and concession cards.
