With two Lower Hunter locations, we offer personalised treatments by APHRA-registered acupuncturists to help relieve and manage a range of conditions, such as musculoskeletal pain (eg arthritis, injuries, post operative pain, neuropathy), stress, anxiety and depression from chronic health problems and many other health problems. We teach simple Tai Chi exercises focusing on mobility, balance and overall wellness. Other services include massage, herbs and supplements, diet and self-care advice.
