Mums,Dads and carers of children aged up to five months are urged to attend the Early Parent Group in Mackay to learn about routines, sleep, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and safety for their baby.
The group consists of four sessions over a one-month period and are run through the Child Youth and Family Health Unit at the Community Health Centre in Nelson Street.
