Offers the following services: Assessment, counselling, support and referral for people concerned about their own or someone else's use of alcohol, tobacco or other drugs, Drug withdrawal management, Opioid substitution program, Needle and Syringe program, Prevention and health promotion & Drug Diversion programs through the Courts and Police.
