Counselling is your chance to discuss things in a safe, supportive environment. There are many counselling techniques and as Accredited Mental Health Social Workers and registered Medicare providers we specialize in evidence based strategies including: Cognitive behavioural strategies, relaxation strategies, skills training, parenting skills, interpersonal therapy, psycho-education, narrative therapy, online counselling.
Online counselling service is also available via email and skype Australia wide.
Home visit services available by appointment only.
Where possible we provide our own after hours service, but if there is a mental health emergency we refer clients to the Government of South Australia's Mental Health Services telephone 13 14 65. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
