APROTCH provides rehabilitation, including vocational, educational, recreational and individual support designed to meet the specific needs of adults experiencing a mental illness.
Programs include:
-- Art Group
This groups offers consumers the opportunity to work at their own ability levels and experiment with paints, pastels and charcoal. The group is run by a volunteer artist.

-- Leisure Skills
This group is for high energy people who enjoy participating in sport. The group plays basketball, cricket, goes swimming, bushwalking and usually has a yearly trip to an MCG football match.

This group is available for beginers to advanced. Lessons are geared to the participants level of expertise.

Drop In is encouraged when structured programs are not available.

Basic IT skills are required to contribute to our own newsletter 'Momentum'.

-- Get Fit and Stay Fit
Get Fit and Stay Fit program gives participants the opportunity to try various forms of sporting activities with the option for ongoing participation. For adults 16 - 64 with a mental illness.
-- Furniture Restoration
The members of this group are able to restore either their own pieces of furniture or work on a group project. Consumers have creative control over their own furniture and are also able to learn to French Polish.

-- Woodwork
A woodwork group where people are able to make various items which they can then take home. People are able to use scrap wood available to make CD racks, magazine holders, chopping boards and key holders.

A group learning skills for gardening, including vocational skills and rotates around the homes of group members as requested.
