Natasha provides a trauma sensitive collaborative approach in her work as a psychologist and EMDR therapist. Natasha is a holistic and integrative practitioner, drawing upon a range of evidence-based modalities including: EMDR. somatic/sensorimotor, compassion based and cognitive behaviour therapies, guided imagery, parts work, attachment and mindfulness approaches.
