Providing health and wellbeing services supporting women and girls in a confidential safe and respectful environment. Our focus is providing assistance for women on sexual & reproductive health, mental/emotional health and well-being, lifestyle-related chronic disease, nutrition and physical activity/healthy weight, tobacco, drugs and alcohol, domestic family violence, sexual violence. Most of our services are no cost. Low cost counselling is offered.
Donations above $2 tax deductible. Funded by Northern NSW Local Health District.
