Accessing the service: After your baby's birth, the hospital completes a Birth Notification form and forwards it to Council. One of the nurses will contact you to offer you a home visit.
Our Maternal and Child Health Centres are located in Gisborne, Kyneton, Lancefield, Macedon, Riddells Creek, Romsey and Woodend, each centre has different open days and hours.
