The Grief & Bereavement Social Worker supports the bereavement needs of family members, carers and friends who have experienced the death of a loved one at St George or Sutherland Hospital. This role provides follow up bereavement support, education and practical assistance to those who have been identified as needing additional bereavement support. Telephone and tele-health appointments only. Initial contact via text message.
