Physiotherapists assess people in their homes and develop programs to improve your strength, mobility, balance, movement and function. Our team offers advice on personal mobility and safety in both individual and group sessions. Our Physiotherapy team can help you with managing muscle and joint pain and weakness, reviewing mobility and prescription of walking aids, prescribing exercises to help you build strength and endurance, balance and falls, and community access practice (mobility group).
