My name is Silvia and I use she/her pronouns. I'm a Clinical Psychologist in Kensington. I have a strong interest in providing a reflective and safe space where people can learn to manage difficult thoughts and feelings through sustainable skills and well being practices. I have particular experience and interest working with: Persistent anxiety and mood disorders, substance use, perinatal mental health, perfectionism and people pleasing.I am able to provide sessions in Spanish and English.
