I provide integrative psychological and counselling services both in English and Spanish to treat a number of conditions and disorders such as anxiety, adjustment, childhood, mood and sleep disorders.
Clients can expect to go at their own pace and direction in an environment of trust and comfort. In this regard, I frequently use collaborative approaches such as cognitive behaviour therapy. This means that clients have an opportunity to learn a range of strategies that are personally tailored and meaningful to them.
