Our in home nursing service can assist in medication management and reminders, mobility assistance, assistance with getting in and out of bed, post-medical care in the home and general health check ups.
Our Nurses have 10+yrs experience in all aspects of nursing care to frail and aged persons in low and high care facilities and in the community.
ü Chronic disease, acute health concerns including Dementia,
ü Impaired mobility,
ü Complex wound care, Accident and Emergency nursing,
ü Challenging behaviours and Mental Health Clients,
ü Palliative care needs,
ü Relief Management and providing Clinical supervision, pre and post operative care, Heart Monitor, Cardiac nursing,
ü PEG Feed, Dysphagia, Catheter etc.
