Services are provided within both ACCHO and NT Government Primary Health Care Centres.
Services include refraction and prescribing of spectacles (with patients able to access the NT Pensioner and Low Cost Spectacle Scheme), comprehensive eye health examinations (including dilated retinal examination for patients with diabetes and therapeutic management of anterior eye pathology by therapeutically endorsed optometrists), and referral to ophthalmology or low vision services where required.
